- New families are welcomed through partnerships with local hospitals, agencies and personal connections
- Families with new babies are given a welcome basket full of resources, gifts and books to assist them on the start of their journey
- Families with older individuals are welcomed with a special book and resource cards for connections support and resources for all

- DSSW provides support and programs for infants, through adulthood
- DSSW maintains healthy relationships with area agencies who provide services outside of our scope. No age is excluded
- Families can connect with DSSW at any point in their loved one’s life
